ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL

In order to ensure the prevention of the crimes contemplated in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Board of Directors resolved to adopt its own Model of Organization, Management and Control, which aims to promote fairness and transparency in the conduct of business activities and in relations with third parties, in which the adoption of a Code of Ethics is also included.

There is a Supervisory Board, endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, which is responsible for supervising the operation of and compliance with the Model and promoting its constant updating.

Model 231, implemented and enforced by the company, together with the application of an integrated management system, is intended to be an indispensable tool to guarantee the company’s values, to be increasingly sustainable in all aspects, and to be able to guarantee to suppliers, customers, workers and the surrounding community respect for the rules and a future of common growth.
