Roncadin SpA SB, founded in 1992 in Meduno (PN), produces high-quality frozen pizzas for national and international large-scale distribution. With over 800 employees and a turnover exceeding 200 million euros in 2024, the company produces 100 million pizzas annually. Roncadin combines top-quality raw materials with a production process that replicates the characteristics of traditional pizza, including stone baking and hand topping.

CUSTOMER NEEDS

Roncadin needed to adopt an advanced solution to improve demand planning by optimizing forecasting methodologies and operational tools.

The main objective was to evolve the Demand Planning process, ensuring greater accuracy in sales forecasts and more effective monitoring of product costs and revenues.
